Inhalt :	<h1>1. Fill in the starting cards</h1> <p>The team leader has to fill in a starting card for each participant of his/her team. Depending on the tournament, the starting cards are either issued by the organizer for free or have to be purchased by the team leader from the organizer as an entry fee for each athlete.</p> <p>The starting card has to be completed for every athlete in legible letters (block letters are recommended). The following information has to be fill in for each athlete:</p> <ul> <li>surname and first name -- abbreviations of first names should be avoided!</li> <li>age and gender</li> <li>athlete's club/team</li> <li>for German participants: ID-number of the wrestling license</li> </ul> <p><strong>NB:</strong>If the organizer provides different starting cards for different age groups, the team leader have to use the correct starting card assigned to the age group of each athlete.</p> <h1>2. Weigh in of the participants</h1> <p>At the scales, each athlete has to hand over it's completed starting card and an ID document (National or UWW license, Passport or similar).</p> <p>The starting card and the ID document will be retained by the referee. The ID document will be returned to the team leader right after it has beek checked by the competition office. The start card remains at the competition office.</p> <p><strong>NB: </strong>Required medical certificates (e.g. due to skin alterations) have also to be handed over to the referee at the weigh-in.</p> <h1>3. Checking the checklist</h1> <p>Before the start of the competition, a checklist of participating athletes will be given by the competition office to all team leaders. The team leader has to check his team list for the following questions:</p> <ul> <li>Are all athletes of the team listed on the checklist?</li> <li>Are all athletes assigned to the correct age group?</li> <li>Is the weight of all athletes correct?</li> </ul> <p>Necessary changes have to be noted on the checklist by the team leader. After checking all of the athletes, the checklist have to be signed by the team leader and the signed checklist has to be given back to the competition office.</p> <p><strong>NB: </strong>The tournament will only be started, if all teams lists have been signed and are given back to the competition office.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Important note</strong>: After the tournament has started, it is not further possible to change the age group or weight class of an athlete!</p>
